Rowena is our HR Client Relationship Manager. With a military background, she brings a meticulous and methodical approach to solving HR challenges, and her experience spans industries from fast-paced manufacturing to the charity sector. She combines strong commercial decision making with careful assessment of risk, always ensuring legal compliance while keeping business objectives in focus.
 

Compassionate and empathetic, Rowena has a pragmatic way of working and manages every delicate situation with her clients’ best interests at heart. She has extensive experience with redundancies and has successfully supported businesses through grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, employee engagement and welfare issues. Rowena is also skilled in coaching and supporting managers, helping them navigate complex people matters with confidence.
