Kim is an HR Consultant with broad experience as a 360-degree generalist advisor, guiding stakeholders through every stage of the employee lifecycle. She has managed settlement agreements, led without prejudice conversations, supported redundancy consultations and delivered recruitment campaigns to secure the right candidates.

She has also handled investigations and disciplinary issues through to successful resolution. Kim is an Associate CIPD Member with a Level 5 Diploma in People Management and Organisational Learning and Development, and a Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice.
