Harriet is a Senior HR Consultant with 11 years of experience as an HR professional. She has supported organisations across a wide range of employee relations matters, from day‑to‑day ER issues through to tribunal preparation, and has also led and managed HR Advisors in previous roles. Her background spans complex casework, employment law queries and guiding managers through sensitive people challenges with clarity and confidence.

 

Known for her strong legal grounding and pragmatic approach, she offers a calm, balanced perspective when navigating both routine and high‑risk HR situations. Harriet is qualified at CIPD Level 7 and is also a Paralegal in Employment Law, enhancing her ability to provide robust, well‑informed advice to clients.
