Charlotte Smart
Charlotte is an HR Consultant with experience as a generalist advisor, supporting senior management and employees across the full employee lifecycle. She has handled welfare issues with care, led welfare meetings, and advised on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Charlotte has also managed recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process and the right outcomes for clients.
She is skilled in creating compliant documents including contracts, handbooks, job descriptions, policies and procedures. Known for being dependable, diligent and compassionate, Charlotte brings both professionalism and empathy to her work. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in History.
