Bec Peaurt-Stefan
Bec is our HR Administrator, supporting consultants with all aspects of HR administration as well as managing social media. She provides day-to-day HR support, prepares and submits accurate data to clients, and assists with recruitment processes to keep everything running smoothly.
Before joining Alive HR, Bec worked with several charities where she played a key role in fundraising. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology along with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology, giving her a strong foundation for understanding people and how they work best.
